The use of regenerative membranes has significantly enhanced the success of regrowing bone that was lost due to advanced periodontal disease. In these two examples, bony defects (Figs. 1 & 2) were eliminated by the use of bone grafts and supplemented by these membranes (Figs. 3 & 4).
