Treating Gum Recession with Connective Tissue Graft

A variety of periodontal plastic surgical procedures are available to manage gum recession.  In this example, a connective tissue graft was used to cover an area of significant recession and lack of gum tissue. This procedure is painlessly performed using minimally invasive surgical techniques under local anesthesia with little postoperative discomfort.
